$22.00/hr - $24.00/hr
Full-Time; Monday-Friday, weekend availability required as needed. Days and hours may vary depending on the needs of the property.

If so, we’d love to have you join us at 1 Glenn Place Apartments, our 191-unit multifamily community in search of an exceptional Assistant Property Manager.
In this role, you’ll serve as the vital link between the Property Manager and the residents, helping us fulfill our mission to deliver superior service and foster a true sense of community. You’ll be the friendly, reliable presence our residents and prospects rely on, both in person and over the phone.
Day-to-day, you’ll support financial goals through rent collection and delinquency management, help drive occupancy through informative and personalized tours, and work alongside maintenance staff to ensure the property is clean, welcoming, and well-maintained. Most importantly, you’ll create an environment where residents feel heard, respected, and at home.
To succeed, you’ll need strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and a genuine passion for people. Previous property management or leasing experience is a plus, but your drive to learn and grow is just as important.
The role requires a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Physical requirements include the ability to walk, stand, climb stairs, crouch, kneel, and lift up to 40 lbs.
We offer a competitive hourly range of $22.00 - $24.00, based on experience, commission eligibility, and a full benefits package—including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), PTO, paid parental leave, rent discounts, and more.
