PacificWest is seeking a new team member with at least 2 years prior experience as an Assistant to a Commercial Property Manager, with retail property experience, to assist with managing a Class A retail portfolio in south Orange County and San Diego.
We love technology and efficiency at PacificWest, so someone who embraces these is imperative. We are also specifically looking for a self-starter – someone who can work independently, yet who enjoys learning from and taking direction from their supervising manager.
Duties include administrative support, calculating rent increases, processing work orders, answering tenant calls/emails, vendor contract/service management, rent collections, invoice coding, lease abstracting, collecting gross sales and calculating percentage rent, preparing monthly financial reports, and related duties.
