  • Salary Range:$20.00-$25.00/hour plus amazing benefits

We are hiring an Assistant Property Manager at GoldwareSenior Housing , a 162-unit, senior residential property locatedin Riverside, CA. We train our staff and provide both mentorship andsupport to foster professional career growth from this position to theProperty Manager role that includes added responsibilities and a free unit.

  • Regular full-time schedule is Monday- Friday with flexiblestarting and end times.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering phones and responding to resident and applicant inquiries
  • Coordinating resident activities and assist in editing monthlynewsletters to create a warm community environment
  • Retaining resident files and conducting income certificationsaccording to program guidelines
  • Collaborating with maintenance staff to ensure work orders andprojects are completed in a timely manner to preserve the propertyin a beautiful condition
  • Assisting the Property Manager with marketing, leasing andcertification paperwork to maintain a 100% occupancy rate
  • Maintaining resident relations in compliance with Occupancy andFair Housing guidelines
Experience and Skills:
Location
  • High School diploma/GED required. College degree or equivalentcombination of education, training and work experience preferred.
  • Customer Service experience required
  • Experience with Section 8 and/or Tax Credit affordable housingprograms preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with Fair Housing laws preferred but not required
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Warm, outgoing personality
