Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Assistant Property Managers for 15Seventy Apartments, a 489-unit community in Chesterfield, MO. The ideal candidate will excel in rent collections, leasing, customer service, and attention to detail. Yardi experience is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Job Responsibilities
  1. Post and collect rent, application fees, deposits, and other payments promptly.
  2. Handle leasing duties, including renewals.
  3. Manage collections for damages and other charges after move-out.
  4. Communicate with delinquent residents to secure payments, aiming for $0 due by month-end.
  5. File eviction paperwork and attend court proceedings.
  6. Update occupancy records in the computer system.
  7. Prepare month-end reports, including occupancy and accounting summaries, and process SODA.
  8. Assist the Property Manager as needed.
  9. Adhere to all company policies, including safety and Fair Housing.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
  1. Minimum 2 years of assistant property management experience in multi-family housing.
  2. Familiarity with property management platforms (Yardi, Entrata, Yieldstar, CRM) preferred.
  3. Experience in property accounting, rent collection, eviction process, and delinquency management.
  4. Strong communication and customer service skills.
  5. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Valid driver’s license and insurance may be required depending on the property.
Environmental & Physical Demands

The role requires constant walking, standing, and sitting, with occasional climbing, bending, and lifting. Sensory skills such as good eyesight and hearing are necessary. Work may be indoors or outdoors, with moderate noise levels. Reasonable accommodations will be made for individuals with disabilities.
