Position: Assistant Property Manager

Location: Charlottesville, VA

Pay: $25/hour

Experience: Previous Property Management experience is required

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm

• Support the day-to-day operations of residential or commercial properties
• Ensure high standards of tenant satisfaction and property upkeep
• Assist in managing lease agreements
• Resolve tenant concerns
• Coordinate maintenance services
• Maintain accurate records
