Join us as an Assistant Property Manager at NSA Storage

We are seeking a highly motivated, goal-oriented, customer-focused individual to join our team. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will manage daily operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and contribute to our organization's success. Job Details:
  • Salary: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
  • Store Address: 3912 North Glen Arm Road, Indianapolis, IN 46254
  • Additional Location: 8270 N Michigan Road, Indianapolis, IN 46268
Essential Duties:
  • Manage daily property operations independently.
  • Provide excellent customer service, including answering inquiries, assisting with storage needs, and processing rental agreements.
  • Maximize sales through unit rentals, insurance, and supplies.
  • Process payments, manage delinquent accounts, and perform bank deposits.
  • Enforce company policies focusing on safety and maximizing rentable units.
Job Qualifications:
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Cash handling experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Multitasking ability.
  • Sales experience is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
  • Regular property walks and outdoor activity.
  • Ability to transport items up to 35 pounds.
  • May need to run errands and travel between locations.
Typical Day:

Your day includes opening procedures, customer assistance, property inspections, safety checks, and closing routines. You will have a work/life balance with five-day workweeks (no Sundays) and work ending by 6 pm, allowing personal time outside of work.
