We are seeking a highly motivated, goal-focused, customer-oriented team member for the role of Assistant Property Manager. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will manage daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and contribute to the organization’s success. Job Details:
  • Salary: $14.50 - $16.00 per hour
  • Store Address: 6403 E State Road 64 Bradenton, FL 34208
Essential Duties:
  • Manage daily property operations independently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including answering inquiries, assisting with storage needs, and processing rental agreements.
  • Maximize sales objectives through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and manage delinquent accounts, including collection efforts.
  • Conduct cash drawer audits and execute bank deposits per company policies.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures, focusing on safety and maximizing rentable units.
Job Qualifications:
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Cash handling experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Sales experience.
Physical Requirements:
  • Conduct property walks regularly.
  • Spend about 50% of time outdoors, including walking, climbing stairs, and opening large doors.
  • Maintain property cleanliness and appearance, including inspections and maintenance tasks.
  • Transport items weighing up to 35 pounds.
  • May run errands and travel between store locations.
Typical Day:

Your day involves opening preparations, customer assistance, rental processing, property inspections, and closing procedures. You will also participate in virtual meetings, training, and collaborative projects. Enjoy a balanced schedule with five workdays (no Sundays) and work ending by 6 pm, allowing personal time outside work.
