We are seeking a highly motivated, goal-focused, customer-oriented team member for the role of Assistant Property Manager. Job Details:
  • Salary: $14.50 - $16.00 per hour
  • Store Address: 3760 Cortez Rd. W Bradenton, FL 34210
  • Additional Locations: 4305 32nd Street W, Bradenton, FL 34205; 8400 Cortez Road W, Bradenton, FL 34210
Essential Duties:
  • Manage daily property operations independently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including answering inquiries, assisting with storage needs, and processing rental agreements.
  • Maximize sales through unit rentals, insurance, and moving supplies.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and manage delinquent accounts, including collections.
  • Conduct cash drawer audits and handle bank deposits per company policies.
  • Enforce policies to ensure safety and maximize rentable units.
Job Qualifications:
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Cash handling experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Sales experience is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
  • Perform property walks regularly.
  • Work outdoors approximately 50% of the time, including walking, climbing stairs, and opening doors.
  • Maintain property cleanliness and appearance, including inspections and maintenance tasks.
  • Lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds.
  • May need to run errands and travel between locations.
Typical Day:

Your day will be dynamic and diverse, starting with opening preparations, property inspections, assisting customers, handling rental agreements, and closing procedures. You will balance customer service with property maintenance, participate in meetings, and complete training. The schedule allows for a work/life balance with five days a week (no Sundays) and ending by 6 PM.
