The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Prior property management experience and relevant certifications are a plus.
We are currently seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our rapidly growing real estate investment and management team.The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for activities required to successfully manage and supervise signature Class A office buildings.The assistant property manager has the responsibility to assist the management team with the responsibility and accountability to ensure the highest standard in property operations ensuring a superior customer / tenant experience and fiscal management.The ideal candidate will be high energy and able to adapt in a fast paced, dynamic work environment.The candidate should be able to work well in a team setting but will also be able to work independently, be self-motivated and take initiative when required.
The assistant property manager must have the ability to remain calm and respond quickly to resolve problems which may arise in day-to-day operations, be resourceful and self-directed, complete multifaceted tasks under demanding conditions to accomplish desired results, be detail oriented, maintain a high level of confidentiality, and project a professional image and a positive attitude.Working with the property management team, and other departments, the assistant property manager is responsible for activities required to successfully manage a signature class A office building, but not limited to, the following:

Associates Degree in Business Administration or other relevant experience/disciplines or a professional real estate designations [CPM, RPA, CCIM].
Minimum of 3 years and preferably 5-10 years Commercial Property Management or related experience.
