The Assistant Property Management Administrator is an integral member of The Bridge’s Property Management team, providing administrative and operational support to help ensure the effective management of the organization’s housing portfolio. This role supports the day-to-day administration and integrity of RealPage OneSite, including accurate data entry, troubleshooting, reporting, user support, and training, while assisting with applicant processing, property and tenant records, lease information, and financial data. The Assistant Property Management Administrator also supports the monitoring of tenant arrears, tracking of Housing Court cases, coordination with legal staff, and communication with internal and external partners. The position requires strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative and compliance‑related activities.
