The Bridge Inc. in New York, NY is seeking a Property Management Administrator to oversee RealPage OneSite operations, tenant data, and lease information for our housing portfolio.

You will supervise staff, coordinate with legal and finance, and ensure accurate data management across systems. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, familiarity with OneSite and housing processes, and willingness to travel within Brooklyn, Manhattan, and the Bronx.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred; tax credit and benefits experience is a plus.
  • Experience in property management, preferably in a social service setting; mental health or customer service experience is also preferred.
  • Experience with building lease-up is an added plus.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel within and between Brooklyn, Manhattan, and the Bronx.
  • Experience with OneSite property management software, HPD’s Housing Connect Lottery Process, and Microsoft Excel; knowledge of AWARDS is preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the Assistant Property Management Administrator and Office Manager.
  • Manage the data, programming, documents, updates, and overall use of RealPage OneSite, including data entry, troubleshooting, user oversight, and training of new users.
  • Ensure that all data entered into the property management software is accurate, including rental charges, tenant account credits, legal information, lease information, TICs, maintenance requests, and client portal activities.
  • Establish full conversions in OneSite as new projects begin the leasing process, process background checks for all applicants, map projects to Finance, and train new users for those projects.
  • Track and manage tenant arrears in collaboration with the Tenancy Legal Specialist; run reports, calendar and track Housing Court cases; attend Housing Court as required; and assist legal staff.
  • Manage general administrative duties, including copying, filing, mail distribution, accounts payable requests, management of the department’s shared drive, and preparation of various correspondence.
  • Serve as a liaison with various internal and external departments.
  • Attend internal and external meetings; take meeting minutes, as needed; and participate in supervision and training, as required.

As a recognized leader in developing and operating supportive housing and community-based programs, The Bridge has 70 years of experience helping New Yorkers with mental illness, including those affected by homelessness, incarceration, and institutionalization.Scope of Position: The Property Management Administrator is a key member of The Bridge’s Property Management team, providing administrative and operational oversight to support the effective management of the organization’s housing portfolio. This role supervises administrative staff and manages the day-to-day use and integrity of RealPage OneSite, ensuring accurate property, tenant, lease, and financial data while supporting system conversions, applicant processing, reporting, and user training. The Property Management Administrator also plays an important role in monitoring tenant arrears, tracking Housing Court cases, coordinating with legal staff, and serving as a liaison between Property Management and internal and external partners.
