The role may involve supervising foremen and trade partners, with proactive problem-solving for field and scheduling challenges in collaboration with the project team. The candidate will collaborate with the Superintendent, manage field documentation, and reinforce safety standards on site.

Qualifications

  • Associates degree or equivalent years of relevant experience and two (2) years construction operations experience, OR Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field.
  • Certifications for CPR / First Aid and OSHA 30-hour preferred.
  • Experience with computer-based scheduling software, spreadsheet applications, project management software, and virtual construction software.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily field operations for assigned scopes of work in collaboration with the Superintendent and trade partners.
  • Attend trade partner coordination meetings and support resolution of field conflicts.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation including inspection reports, site photos, and logs.
  • Communicate schedule impacts and constructability issues to supervisor.
  • Apply safety standards and promote a culture of safety in the field.
