Job summary

Felix Construction in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an experienced construction professional with HVAC project management background to join our 100% employee-owned team. You will coordinate with clients, GC's, superintendents, and field personnel to drive HVAC scopes on water and wastewater projects.

Qualified candidates read plans and specs, manage schedules, procurement, submittals, and change orders, and produce detailed project documentation.

Qualifications

3+ years of construction experience; water/wastewater experience preferred.
Strong ability to read plans and specifications and coordinate multi-discipline teams.
Proficiency in Excel, Bluebeam, and AutoCAD for field coordination.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with clients, GCs, superintendents, safety manager, and field staff.
Manage HVAC scopes within water/wastewater projects and coordinate with stakeholders.
Oversee procurement, deliveries, and installation coordination.
Produce AutoCAD installation drawing packages for field teams.
Generate project billings, budgets, purchase orders, and change orders.
Prepare submittals, O&M manuals, and other project docs.
Develop and maintain project schedules using MS Project.
Ensure quality control and timely construction deliverables.
Represent Felix professionally in meetings and on job sites.
