Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or project management support roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, organizing, and overseeing multiple signage projects from initiation to completion.
• Support project performance, monitor schedules and key metrics, and implement actions as necessary.
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Track and manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, and reports.
• Identify potential risks and issues and contribute to mitigation strategies.
• Maintain project management tools and software to reflect up-to-date information.
• Prepare status reports and presentations to stakeholders.
