LaBella Associates seeks an Assistant Project Manager - Distributed Generation for its Program Management Services Division in Binghamton, NY. You will support planning, design, documentation, and execution of security infrastructure projects across regulated environments, coordinating with Operations, Engineering, Facilities, IT, and vendors.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in project management or related fields, a Bachelor’s in Engineering or Construction/Project Management, and familiarity

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of project management, engineering, construction, or security-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Project Managers in managing physical security infrastructure projects from initiation through closeout.
• Coordinate activities with Operations, Engineering, PM, Facilities, IT, Procurement, and Security stakeholders.
• Support development of schedules, budgets, resource plans, and documentation.
• Track milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Maintain project records and reports.
• Assist in contractor oversight and procurement activities.
• Support security infrastructure design and documentation including drawings and as-builts.
• Support field operations, site visits, commissioning, and acceptance activities.
• Develop performance metrics and dashboards for management.
