Job summary

SSOE is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for our Process Operations team. Based in Midland, OH or Lima, OH or Toledo, OH, you will support project managers by coordinating multi-discipline engineering, design and architectural teams on small to medium projects from scope through design and execution.

A Bachelor's degree and 3 years of related experience are preferred; CAPM certification is encouraged. Proficiency with Microsoft Project and MS Office is expected, and occasional travel may be

• Bachelor degree required or equivalent.
• At least 3 years related experience.
• CAPM certification encouraged.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day project tasks, staffing, schedules and budgets.
• Help prepare project plans, budgets, and control procedures.
• Support project managers in coordinating multi-discipline teams.
• Coordinate meetings and document control with project teams and clients.
• Travel may be required for project coordination.
