Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management, including scheduling, budgeting, and contract management.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex issues under pressure.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Proficiency in relevant software, including MS Project, AutoCAD, and construction management systems.
• A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in commercial ground-up construction is highly desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed.
