Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is preferred; familiarity with mechanical/plumbing/construction concepts is a plus.
• Experience coordinating multi-discipline projects and teams.
• Strong understanding of safety standards and contract language.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in driving project flow from inception to completion.
• Support safety and field teams to maintain a safe work environment.
• Review contracts, submittals, RFI’s, change orders and document control.
• Maintain central document control and ensure proper distribution of drawings to field.
• Assist with scheduling and values/billing formats per contract documents.
• Support project schedules, delivery dates, and manpower planning.
• Prepare and track equipment and subcontractor procurement and delivery notices.
• Assist with commissioning, closeout, and project turnover documentation.
