Job summary

Michael Page US is hiring a Construction Project Coordinator/Manager in Houston, TX to support scheduling, budgeting and communications across subcontractors for multifamily and mixed-use developments.

It primarily works on multifamily developments but also handles a mix of other building types, including specialized and renovation projects. Job Description
  • Assist in planning and maintaining project schedules to ensure timely completion.
  • Track expenses and support efforts to keep the project within budget.
  • Communicate with subcontractors to ensure work meets project requirements.
  • Maintain and organize project documentation, including permits and reports.
  • Address on-site challenges and escalat**e** issues to the Project Manager when needed.
