Job summary

DevCo US Construction LLC in Bellevue, WA is hiring a Full-Time Assistant Project Manager to support planning, design and construction of ground-up multifamily projects. This role communicates with internal and external partners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and adherence to DevCo quality standards.

The APM will assist in development of scope, schedule, and budget, coordinate with designers, attorneys, contractors, and management teams, and participate in site walks and closeout

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years of construction admin/management experience preferred.
• PMP or related cert is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing, supervising, coordinating, and monitoring planning, design, and construction of ground-up multifamily projects.
• Assist Project Managers with project documentation (RFBs, bids, budgets, RFIs, submittals, change orders, invoicing) through closeout.
• Support development of project scope, schedule, and budget from inception to construction and provide regular reporting.
