Job summary

Michael Page US is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for multifamily construction in Denver, supporting the Project Manager from preconstruction through closeout. You will assist with planning, scheduling, procurement, budgeting, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation, coordinating with field teams to monitor progress and quality, and maintaining timelines while communicating with clients.

Requirements include 2–5 years of construction experience, familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, MS

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of construction experience, ideally with a general contractor.
  • Experience with multifamily, mixed-use, or residential projects.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to grow within a tight-knit team.
  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with project planning, scheduling, and coordination.
  • Support subcontractor procurement, bidding, and contract administration.
  • Track project budgets, costs, and change orders.
  • Coordinate RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
  • Work closely with field teams to monitor progress and ensure quality.
  • Help maintain project timelines and resolve issues proactively.
  • Support client and stakeholder communication throughout the lifecycle.
