Job summary

Canadian Breaks Consulting, LLC is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support a midstream natural gas pipeline PMO in Midland, TX. You will develop estimates, schematics, and schedules, manage contracts, and coordinate across construction, engineering, commercial, contractors and vendors.

The role requires 5+ years in related fields and the ability to work on-site in Midland with regular field visits. Strong procurement, scheduling, and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in midstream oil and gas project execution or estimation.
• Ability to work in Midland, TX office and visit sites regularly.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Administer contracts including offers, change orders and documentation.
• Assist cost estimates and packages with scope, quantities and pricing.
• Improve estimate package templates, tools and processes.
• Create high-level schematics and project schedules.
• Coordinate meetings with construction, engineers, and vendors.
• Gather quotes, lead times and track deliveries.
• Perform weekly field visits to verify conditions and progress.
• Track costs, commitments and changes; support forecasting.
• Maintain organized contract records and estimates.
• Support contractor coordination, progress tracking and closeout.
• Follow all client safety protocols during work.
• Provide status updates to CBC leadership and client.
