Job summary

MPI, a fast-growing general contractor, is seeking a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager to support the day-to-day management of two $30M multifamily developments in Miami.

You will coordinate subcontractors, RFIs, submittals, and documentation, assist with scheduling and budgeting, and participate in meetings with owners, architects, and subs to keep projects on time and within budget while ensuring safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction experience in a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager capacity.
• Multifamily, mixed-use, or commercial construction experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager with the day-to-day management of multifamily construction projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
• Support project scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking efforts.
• Participate in owner, architect, and subcontractor meetings.
• Help ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
