Job summary

MPI is seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager support for interior renovation projects in South Florida. You will work with a project team from preconstruction through closeout, assisting with documentation, RFIs, submittals, and coordination while collaborating with field and office teams to keep schedules, budgets, and quality on track.

Local South Florida construction experience is preferred; a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is beneficial but not

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of construction experience as a Project Engineer, Coordinator, or Assistant Project Manager.
• Local South Florida construction experience preferred.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills, positive attitude, and team-oriented approach.
• Motivated to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in construction management.

Responsibilities

• Support a Junior Project Manager with interior renovation projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Assist with project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and coordination activities.
• Work alongside field and office teams to maintain schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Participate in commercial and multifamily construction projects throughout Miami-Dade County.
• Develop the skills and experience required to progress into larger, more complex projects.
