Qualifications

• 3+ years in HVAC, mechanical construction, MEP, or related discipline.
• Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems and mechanical installation.
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, equipment schedules, and contract documents.
• Experience with project coordination, procurement, cost reporting, or construction administration.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the execution of mechanical construction projects.
• Maintaining project schedules, cost reports, procurement, and progress tracking.
• Reviewing mechanical plans, specifications, equipment schedules, and contract documents.
• Coordinating HVAC equipment, piping, ductwork, and controls.
• Managing RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and technical documentation.
• Supporting field coordination, equipment start-up, testing, and commissioning.
