Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with construction management software is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, scheduling, and resources across active commercial projects.
• Prepare progress updates, reports, and documentation for stakeholders.
• Maintain workmanship standards and ensure compliance with project specs.
• Assist in problem resolution and coordination among internal teams and trade partners.
