Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline.
• Background in commercial construction or project coordination is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, scheduling, and resource management across active commercial projects.
• Track milestones and deliverables to keep timelines and budgets on target.
• Spot process improvements and bring ideas to improve team efficiency.
• Act as a coordination point between project managers, field crews, clients, and trade partners.
