Qualifications

• Technical skills in Word, Excel, and Bluebeam Revu.
• Familiarity with estimating, project management, and engineering practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing submittal packages and verify accuracy against drawings and standards.
• Draft equipment POs and track procurement and deliveries.
• Coordinate with field, client, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, change orders, and project documentation.
• Support PM/AE to keep projects billed and collections timely.
