• Experience with estimating, project management and engineering functions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with field, client, subcontractors and vendors.
• Develop submittal packages and ensure accuracy against drawings/building standards.
• Draft equipment POs and verify against drawings and quotes.
• Update equipment procurement logs and track delivery.
• Understand construction schedules and scope changes.
• Maintain document control and assist in monthly financial reports.
• Meet clients and teammates to strengthen relationships.
