Job summary

Aireko Construction Corp. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager (APM) to help plan, coordinate, and execute industrial construction projects.

You will work with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to deliver on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil, Construction, or Mechanical Engineering, with at least three years of project management experience and hands-on knowledge of industrial

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Construction, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of three years of construction project management experience.
• Experience with industrial utility systems such as chillers, AHUs, BAS, cooling towers, pumps, plumbing, and piping.
• Fully bilingual English/Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate labor and subcontractors to maintain project schedules.
• Support procurement, scheduling, and project logistics.
• Monitor project progress and maintain daily activity reports.
• Conduct site safety meetings and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

• Review and update project drawings and documentation.
• Build strong client relationships by providing exceptional customer service.

Job Summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of construction project management experience.
• Experience with industrial utility systems, including chillers, AHUs, BAS systems, cooling towers, pumps, plumbing, and piping installations.
• Strong knowledge of construction operations, equipment, and blueprint reading.
• Proven organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Fully bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
