Job summary

McKenzie Craft in Miami, FL is hiring an Assistant Project Manager to keep complex architectural millwork projects organized and on schedule. You will support PMs from kickoff through closeout and coordinate with Engineering, Production, Field, and client teams.

The role requires 2+ years in construction or project coordination and a Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture preferred. On-site, salaried position with minimal remote work.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in construction or project coordination.
• Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture preferred.
• Comfort reading shop drawings and project documentation.
• Microsoft Office and PM software fluency (Innergy a plus).

Responsibilities

• Support PMs from project kickoff through closeout.
• Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement.
• Run smaller-scale projects as acting PM when assigned.
• Keep documentation tight and organized in Innergy.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Field, and client teams.
