Job summary

Woodweb is seeking an experienced Millwork Project Manager to oversee custom architectural millwork projects from kickoff through installation. This role emphasizes coordination, problem-solving, and delivering high-quality finished work, with responsibilities spanning schedules, budgets, shop drawings, production workflows, and client communication.

You will manage submittals, site measurements, changes with estimators, buyout orders, and on-site installation reviews, providing weekly updates

Qualifications

• Minimum experience as a millwork/project manager is preferred.
• Strong coordination and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to manage submittals, site measurements, and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Manage submittals from kickoff to final approval.
• Review site conditions and perform field measurements at job sites.
• Review changes with estimators for change orders.
• Confirm orders for buyout products including metals, glass, upholstery and acrylic.
• Assemble an installation crew and review the job onsite with foreman.
• Provide weekly status updates on projects to the GM.
