The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in millwork or carpentry leadership, strong skills in blueprint interpretation, and be bilingual in English and Spanish. This salaried position involves both office and shop floor responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in millwork, carpentry, or fabrication leadership.
• Strong shop drawing and blueprint interpretation.
• Proven leadership and team supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise shop floor employees through daily production.
• Review shop drawings and oversee QC for fit, finish, and build accuracy.
• Manage labor allocation, timesheets, and daily operations.
• Coordinate with Engineering, PM, and Installation on fabrication needs.
• Enforce safety, PPE, and shop standards.
