Job summary
McKenzie Craft in Miami, FL is seeking a Millwork Project Manager to oversee complex custom fabrication projects from initiation to install. You will partner with production, design, and installation teams to ensure precision, quality, and client satisfaction on luxury projects.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in millwork or related fabrication
- Excellent communication and client coordination skills
- Strong understanding of millwork materials, drawings, and fabrication processes
Responsibilities
- Lead projects from start to finish across multiple jobs
- Collaborate with engineering, production and field teams to translate design intent into plans
- Own the client relationship and manage expectations with architects and GCs
- Develop and manage schedules and procurement plans; coordinate subcontractors
- Lead RFIs and change orders, identify scope gaps and coordinate resolutions
- Deliver projects that meet or exceed client expectations and drive closeout
