Qualifications

• 5+ years leading structured cabling and low-voltage projects in data centers
• Experience in low-voltage commercial construction and data center environments, including estimating and quotes
• Proven experience overseeing overhead pathway installations and copper/fiber infrastructure installations
• Strong knowledge of BICSI standards and EIA/TIA codes
• Skilled in managing subcontractors and coordinating with general contractors
• Ability to write and interpret MOPs, SOWs, RFIs, change orders, and project schedules
• Capable of producing as-built drawings, test results, and closeout documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and BIM 360
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality project execution in line with policies and safety protocols
• Assist in managing changes to project scope, plans, and timelines using RFIs and Change Orders
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships by visiting sites and expanding the customer base
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and communicate them to the field team
• Create and monitor budgets and schedules, taking corrective actions as needed
• Lead, mentor, and coach teams to achieve goals and professional growth
• Review and improve project efficiency, productivity, and job cost performance
• Promote and enforce a safety-first culture on all project teams
