Qualifications

• 5+ years managing structured cabling and low-voltage projects in data centers.
• Experience in low-voltage commercial construction and data center environments.
• Overhead Pathway installations (Basket Tray, Fiber Tray, Ladder Tray).
• Knowledge of EIA/TIA codes and data center infrastructure best practices.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate with general contractors and IT stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality project execution in compliance with policies and safety protocols.
• Assist in managing changes to project scope, plans, and timelines using RFIs and Change Orders.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships by visiting job sites and expanding the customer base.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables; communicate to field teams.
• Create and monitor budgets and schedules; take corrective actions as needed.
• Lead, mentor, and coach teams to achieve goals and growth.
• Review and improve project efficiency, productivity, and job cost performance.
• Promote and enforce a safety-first culture on all project teams.
