Job summary

IPS-Integrated Project Services is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for a project site near Burlington, Massachusetts. You will report to the Project Director and assist the Project Manager in supervising Project Engineers and Superintendents to deliver complex life sciences projects.

You will help plan, manage direction, ensure client satisfaction, and influence the financial outcome of assignments while coordinating design drawings, procurement, schedules, and project communications on

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related discipline, or an equivalent technical degree.
• 4-6 years of experience in Engineering, Project Delivery, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in supervising activities of Project Engineers and Superintendents.
• Coordinate resources to achieve project goals, including procurement of subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Assist with project cost reporting, scheduling updates, and change management.
• Support client interaction and communication to ensure satisfaction and financial outcomes.
