Job summary

IPS - Integrated Project Services, LLC is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support the Site Superintendent in Burlington, MA. You will help oversee work progress, subcontractor manpower, and coordination between trades, while ensuring safety and adherence to contract documents and project schedule.

You will also assist with collecting on-site testing and inspection reports, O&M manuals, and As-Built Drawings for IPS Commissioning/Validation and the client. 25% travel expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related discipline.
• 1+ years of experience (may be Co-Op or Intern) in Engineering, Project Delivery, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Support the Site Superintendent for oversight of work progress and subcontractor manpower.
• Assist in ensuring subcontractor and vendor work is completed safely and in compliance with contract documents and schedule.
• Assist with collecting on-site testing reports, inspection reports, O&M manuals, and As-Built Drawings for close-out.
• Record daily construction activities using the Electronic Daily Report system.
• Contribute to development and upkeep of preconstruction, construction, and closeout plans.
