Job summary

Clancy is seeking a proactive project coordinator to join the Alliance, a partnership between Anglian Water, Clancy and Kier. You will support projects from planning through delivery, helping to improve processes, solve challenges and achieve successful outcomes across the Alliance.

Responsibilities

• Identify problems with teams and develop better ways of working.
• Review service delivery and propose improvements for customers and operations.
• Support review of process documents, guidance and communications.
• Plan and coordinate training with the Training and Development team.
• Prepare project updates and performance reports.
• Track project risks, issues and actions to keep schedule.
• Arrange meetings and maintain project records.
• Assist in preparing business cases, including costs and benefits.
• Lead small improvement projects from planning to delivery.
• Keep colleagues and stakeholders informed throughout projects.
• Create and manage project plans for successful delivery.
