Challenge Unlimited Inc. is hiring an Assistant Project Manager to supervise commissary store worker janitorial duties at Fort Hood, TX. You will train workers, monitor safety, and manage scheduling and timekeeping while supporting budget and quality goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of commissary and/or janitorial supervision experience.
• Experience in a supervisory or training role is required.
• Solid oral and written communication skills.
• Driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
• Must pass criminal and state/federal background checks.

Responsibilities

• Planning Support: manage inventory, schedule workers, and communicate tasks to PM.
• Performance Management: ensure contract compliance and safety standards.
• Quality Assurance: maintain quality and address customer concerns.
