Challenge Unlimited seeks an Assistant Project Manager to supervise commissary site workers and clients at Fort Hood, TX. The role focuses on training, safety, scheduling, and budget oversight to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.

Strong leadership and communication are essential for maintaining contract performance and a positive work culture. The position requires 5+ years in commissary/janitorial work with 2+ years in supervision, plus a valid driver’s license.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of commissary/janitorial experience; 2+ years in supervisory/training roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Planning Support: manage inventory, schedule workers, and communicate daily tasks.
• Performance Management: ensure compliance with contract, safety standards, and quality; enforce OSHA rules.
• Quality Assurance: maintain standards, correct deficiencies, handle client feedback, and ensure timely updates.
• Client Development: train clients to develop skills and independence; complete semiannual assessments.
• Effective Leadership: supervise all site roles, coordinate training, and uphold company culture.
