Job summary

Challenge Unlimited Inc. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to supervise commissary-store workers and clients, provide training, and ensure safety and quality standards at the Fort Hood site. You will coordinate daily tasks, manage budgets, and support the Project Manager in all contracted activities.

The role emphasizes building a strong team culture, effective leadership, and delivering excellent customer satisfaction while maintaining smooth operations and compliant practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant commissary and/or janitorial experience and at least 2 years in a supervisory or training role.
• Driver’s License (TX, IL, WI, OH, SC; Class E in MO)
• Must pass criminal background check and state/federal registry checks and DCFS Abuse/Neglect checks.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule workers to meet contract requirements; manage inventory and contract paperwork.
• Ensure safety, training, and PPE usage; enforce OSHA regulations and quality standards.
• Lead onboarding and ongoing training; monitor performance and provide feedback to PM.
