You will assist with hiring, scheduling, evaluating performance, and ensuring budget adherence while delivering quality service. Requires strong communication and leadership to support the project manager and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of commissary/janitorial experience; 2+ years in a supervisory/training role.
• Solid oral and written communication skills.
• Driver’s license and ability to travel as needed; background checks required.

Responsabilités

• Planning Support: manage inventory, schedule workers, and communicate daily tasks.
