Job summary

Challenge Unlimited Inc. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to supervise janitorial teams at a Fort Leonard Wood site. The role focuses on training, safety, and day‑to‑day task coordination, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a starting pay of $24.32 per hour.

You will oversee hiring, scheduling, performance feedback, timekeeping, and budget monitoring while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction. A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of janitorial experience and at least 2 years in a supervisory or training role.
• Solid oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and assign daily tasks; maintain inventory and coordinate with the Project Manager.
• Ensure safety and compliance with OSHA requirements; provide training and feedback to workers.
