Job summary

Trulieve is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support our Facilities & Engineering department on national projects. This role serves as the offsite and onsite leader for equipment installations, coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely, compliant execution across legacy and expansion sites.

The role requires hands-on oversight, strong collaboration across functions, and travel to project sites to ensure smooth handoffs to operations.

Qualifications

3 years of Industrial Process Experience.
3 years of Maintenance experience.
3 years of Manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

Responsible for successful and timely installation, commissioning, and compliance for all new equipment across the US at the direction of the Project Manager.
Use expertise to identify project issues and apply suitable fixes, with the approval of Project Manager.
Assist Project Manager in overseeing multiple concurrent projects at once.
Primary liaison between construction teams, contractors, equipment vendors, and internal installation and operations teams.
Work across departments and functions to assist with project design, development, equipment/vendor vetting, progress reporting, and in many other aspects of the project lifecycle.
Travel to all necessary project sites to oversee efficient installations, see through to ops hand off.
Apply knowledge of industrial processes and specific equipment to inform project team of issues and opportunities through all stages of the project lifecycle.
