Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an on-site Installation Lead to support its Facilities & Engineering initiatives via the National Project Management Team. You will act as the offsite and onsite leader for equipment installation across legacy and expansion sites, coordinating installations nationwide and ensuring timely handoff.

• 3 years of Industrial Process Experience.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks with PPE in varied conditions.

Job description

• Support Trulieve’s Facilities & Engineering department via the National Project Management Team
• Act as the offsite and onsite leader for equipment installation across legacy and expansion sites
• Coordinate successful and efficient equipment installations throughout the national portfolio
• Oversee timely installation, commissioning, and compliance for all new equipment across the US at the direction of the Project Manager
• Identify project issues and apply suitable fixes with Project Manager approval
• Assist the Project Manager in overseeing multiple concurrent projects
• Liaise between construction teams, contractors, equipment vendors, and internal installation and operations teams
• Assist with project design, development, equipment/vendor vetting, progress reporting, and other project lifecycle activities
• Travel to project sites to oversee installations and complete operations handoff
• Apply knowledge of industrial processes and equipment to identify issues and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

• 3 years of Industrial Process Experience
• 3 years of Maintenance experience
• 3 years of Manufacturing experience
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age (or a minimum of 18 years of age in CT, PA and WV)
• Must successfully complete a comprehensive background screening
• Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 50lbs to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance
• Must be able to work seated/standing as appropriate at workstations for extended periods of time, maintain body equilibrium while climbing ladders, stairways, stopping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching, and use hands/fingers to hold, grasp, turn, pick, pinch frequently/constantly to complete tasks
• Must be able to handle organic matter daily, wear PPE as appropriate, and work in hot, cold, wet, humid, or windy conditions while wearing PPE (95 degrees or greater)
• Must have visual acuity with/without job aids for reading, viewing a computer terminal, and visual inspection involving small parts/details, including clarity of vision at 20 ft or more in day and night/dark conditions
• Must be able to speak and communicate verbally at conversation levels with co-workers, vendors, etc.
