Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC is seeking an Assistant Project Manager I to assist the Project Manager across engineering, procurement, and construction activities. You will help develop project schedules and support multiple projects concurrently, coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires the ability to manage deadlines, communicate clearly, and participate in safety and quality processes while supporting monthly reviews and project closeouts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
• Experience supporting multiple projects and coordinating engineering, estimating, and procurement.
• Familiar with project management processes and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering, estimating, project controls, procurement, and construction activities.
• Assist in developing initial project schedules with cross-functional teams.
• Participate in value engineering and constructability reviews.
• Support monthly project status reviews and cost closeouts with PM and senior management.
• Prepare procurement documents and monitor subcontractor/vendor scopes.
