Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC (QISG) is seeking an Assistant Project Manager I to support the Project Manager across engineering, estimating, controls, procurement and construction activities during development and execution phases.

The role involves coordinating multiple workstreams, preparing schedules, reviewing monthly reports, and ensuring safety and quality standards while supporting project teams and client communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Science/Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 2+ years of construction project experience including scheduling, cost control, and administration of POs/subcontracts.
• Prefer experience in EPC/design-build and Power Delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates engineering, estimating, project controls, procurement, and construction activities during development and execution of the project.
• Assists PM in developing initial project schedules with cross-functional teams.
• Participates in value engineering and constructability reviews.
• Develops subcontractor and vendor scopes of work and schedules exhibits.
• Supports safety, monthly project reviews, and project closeouts.
• Assists with RFI submittals and quality feedback on deliverables.
• Monitors progress across design, procurement, and construction.
