Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC is seeking an Assistant Project Manager I to support the Project Manager across engineering, estimating, procurement, and construction tasks on multiple projects. You’ll coordinate schedules, assist with cost control, and support safety and quality processes throughout development and execution phases.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2+ years of construction project experience, with travel up to 50% as project needs require.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field.
• 2+ years of construction project experience including planning, estimating, bidding, and administering purchase orders and subcontracts, scheduling, cost control, and document control.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering, estimating, project controls, procurement, and construction activities.
• Assist in developing initial project schedule with stakeholders.
• Participate in value engineering and constructability reviews.
• Develop subcontractor and vendor scopes and schedules.
• Support safety planning and incident investigation.
• Prepare monthly project review reports and assist with financial reviews.
• Assist with RFI submittals and quality feedback on deliverables.
• Monitor design, procurement, and construction progress.
• Participate in project close‑out and warranty activities.
