Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC (QISG) is seeking an Assistant Project Manager I to assist the Project Manager on multiple construction projects, coordinating engineering, procurement, scheduling and controls during development and execution phases.

You will work with diverse teams, support monthly reviews, cost tracking, procurement, and subcontract management; travel up to 50% may be required. Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Science/Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of construction project experience covering scheduling, cost control, procurement, and document control.
• Preferred EPC/design-build and Power Delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering, estimating, project controls, procurement, and construction activities through development and execution phases.
• Assist in developing initial project schedules with cross-functional teams.
• Support safety planning and incident investigations; prepare monthly project review reports.
• Support project close-out, warranty administration and lessons learned.
• Assist in RFIs and vendor/subcontract coordination; ensure quality of deliverables.
